1. Who we are
VivahRank ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship operated by Akash Bhadauria, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. These terms govern the use of vivahrank.in and any related services.
2. What VivahRank is
VivahRank operates a paid-placement leaderboard for wedding vendors in Indian cities. Vendors purchase ranked placement on a public weekly board. Ranking is determined entirely by the amount paid for placement. VivahRank does not curate, verify, review, endorse, or otherwise evaluate the quality of any vendor listed. Nothing on the leaderboard should be construed as an editorial ranking.
3. Weekly reset
All bids and rank positions reset to zero every Sunday at 00:00 Indian Standard Time. A new week's leaderboard opens immediately. Vendors must place fresh bids to appear on each week's board.
4. Bids are non-refundable ad spend
Every payment made to VivahRank is a purchase of ranked placement for the remainder of the current week. Payments are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in our refunds policy. Being outbid by another vendor mid-week does not entitle you to a refund; you retain your rank position at the amount you have paid, sorted against other vendors' totals.
5. No guarantees of outcome
VivahRank does not guarantee any specific rank position for any duration, any traffic volume, any lead volume, any booking, or any business outcome. Rank changes moment-to-moment as other vendors bid.
6. Vendor eligibility and verification
Vendors must verify their business via phone OTP and pass a basic manual review before being permitted to receive bids. We may reject or suspend any vendor at our sole discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, portfolio content violations, misrepresentation, or abusive behavior. Suspended vendors are removed from the public board; refund at our discretion under the refund policy.
7. Kill switch
We reserve the right to freeze bidding in any city and category combination if we detect abuse, fraud, technical issues, or receive credible complaints. Existing bids remain in effect for the current week but no new bids may be placed until the freeze is lifted.
8. GST and invoicing
Prices displayed to vendors are inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (HSN/SAC 998365, online advertising services). A tax invoice is issued for every successful payment. Vendors may provide their GSTIN during onboarding to receive input tax credit.
9. Content responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for the content of their profile — business name, portfolio images, tagline, contact details, and portfolio URL. Vendors represent and warrant that they hold all necessary rights to the content they upload. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates law, third-party rights, or platform policies.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, for registered vendors, by email. Continued use of VivahRank after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
